#AskTheExpert My baby is 3months 10days old. From last 2-3 days he is passing watery stool. Sometimes in a day he pass watery stool 4-5 times. I want to know one thing, as a breast feeding mother I have to take care of my diet also. from last 2 -3 days I am also having watery stool too. what diet should be followed and what food should be avoided? please suggest what to do..

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Loose motion could be becausefr of some infection or if chronic than could be some malabsorption. Initially you can give zinc supplement for 2 weeks and probiotic like econorm sachet for 3 days . For any specific treatment consult your doctor and maintain proper hydration .
