Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby is 3month old he is spitting up constantly after almost every feed first he burps then he spits with burp he as given domstal suspension.. for 1week when I give it spit ups will be less as soon as I stopped giving it it is same as before.. pls tell me is it normal or something concerning?

A. hi usually , spiting is normal after each feeding. but if a child is not gaining enough weight ,spit up milk in larger quantity ,you need to consult your pediatrician. at home , please offer small and adequate feeds keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding burp or hold your baby well after each feeding
