No problem if baby is passing adequate urine.
If baby is active and playful, no fever, passing adequate urine ie. minimum 6-8 times per day, then no need to worry for motion
( once in 7 days or 15 times
per day- both conditions are totally normal.

As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, psssing adequate urine, showing no discomfort symptoms then nothing to worry. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Do cycling movements with both the baby’s legs to relieve from discomfort.
