#AskTheExpert My baby is 3 years and 6 months old. When ever he sleeps he always wakeup with dry nose. sometimes he wakes up in the middle of the night. It is very disturbing. can you help with the matter?

please do the following things:
keep your child well hydrated
offer Luke warm water with pinch of salt in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours during day time.
keep your child head slightly elevated while sleeping.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
maintain good hygiene
