Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby is 3 weeks old and his weight is not increasing much since birth. he is on mother's feed for now but should I start to give him nanpro as well?

A. thank you for the response. I am already having lactare Granules to Inc the milk quantity I would start the formula milk and monitor the effects..

A. hello dear the baby should gain 200 grams per week for first three months and double the birth weight at the age of 6 months if fed well. keep a cheque on weight gain. if the baby is not gaining weight properly then it means your milk supply is not sufficient for the baby you can start with formula milk and you should make efforts to increase your milk supply like start having lactonic granules. include cumin seeds fennel seeds beetroot spinach cows milk almonds in your diet . you can even give warm compression on the breast to increase your milk supply.
