A. Hello good afternoon!! Until 5 completed months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested for babies. From 6 month onwards start semi solids once a day and rest of the day milk. By 3-5 months baby's start roll over and tries to hold head yet there is time, daily give tummy time (put baby on tummy for 5-10 minutes) helps in holding head, crawling. Feed only breast milk or formula milk every two to three hours.
