#AskTheExpert my baby is 3 months old since two days very sleeply and stool is watery and greenish with mucus and foulish smell and baby is drooling a lot and urine is also smelling.

This requires proper evaluation, so to clear your doubts regarding this and to rehceive proper information you should consult your pediatrician/concerned doctor who will guide you in a proper way and will also scuggest proper investigation if so required after clinical examination and taking detailed history. That will be a better approach for a proper treatment regarding this.
