Q.

#AskTheExpert My baby is 3 months old and I'm breastfeeding her. she passes urine 8-10 times a day and is cheerful. She is gaining height as well but her weight gain is a little on the lower side. her birth weight was 3.5 kgs which came down to 3 kgs. now she's 4.9-5.0 kgs. is it ok or should I supplement?

A. good morning it seems to be fine as per the current age of the child I will recommend that you should try to give only mothers milk after the age of 6 months after that you can introduce semi solids
