#asktheexpert my baby is 3 month old from past 10 days she pooping frequently like 7 to 8 times and more soon after feeding ...i consulted doctor and given medicine Cefixime , zinc sulphate oral solution and vitazyme but not yet reducing ...can you please suggest any good medicine to get cure and how many times pooping is normal at her age?

also giving ORS drink supplements and enterogermina and avoid giving milk better give probiotics like curd buttermilk yougurt

NitishaMom of a 4 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. pooping 7-8 times is normal in this age and even passing very small amount of poop after every feed is normal... it will be reduce after some time when baby's digestive system will improve... If you feel this issue is not resolving then talk to your doctor
