#AskTheExpert my baby is 3 month and 10 days old, he has very less hair on his head and now I can see hairfall too. do I need to worry about hairfall and shall I consult pediatrician?

A. hair fall is common amongst babies till 6 to 7 months of age as usually we get cradle cap by this stage is nothing to worry about it is just shedding of dead dry skin from the scale of the babies which happens with every New born child should not worry massage your little one's hair with badam Rogan oil or coconut oil using only your fingertips for cotton remember it have to be a soft massage as the scale of the baby's head is very sensitive but the moment the bones are yet to Harden so be careful and do not worry about the hair fall
