#asktheexpert my baby is 3 month 26 days old now....she will make cooing and babble from 3month onwards....suddenly she not making any sound for past two days....but she is active as before...she is urinating 10 times a day and poop daily....is there any problem

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. I parent your kids 3 months old, no need to worry about cooing , have patient, as long as baby active, taking feeds well ,without vomitings ,do not worry about... observe the remaining development milestones ...
