Q.
#AskTheExpert My baby is 3 and a half months old, has got cough and constipation. These days she is not having her feeds properly. Each time I have to force feed her a bit. What could be the reason. P.s: I give nasal spray before each feed so that she could drink the milk properly. What should I do?

give Indirect steam inhalation.
give only breastmilk till completion of six months and feed in upright position and burp in-between and after feeding sessions.
give colicaid drops thrice a day

Author of questionGuardian of a 4 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. I have already consulted my pediatrician. He said everything is okay. He prescribed a liquid medicine for cough relief. He said it takes 5 to 7 days, everything will be fine. Keep on trying.

Ma’am Please consult your paediatrician because maybe due to cough and cold issues your child is not eating and also would like to tell you that the nasal drops are not you know a permanent solution to it you’ll have to get it checked with the doctor for medication after that once the child is cold and cough subsided the constipation issue is relieved your child will start eating properly
