#AskTheExpert My baby is 3.5 yrs old. It has been 2 months since he is having cold and cough. He gets ok for few days and then again cold. What should I give him so that he gets fit and fine?

Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral in the origin need to give symtptomatic treatment first like steam inhalation and some home remedies cough expetctorant may be required along with anti allergic medications

Hello mom You can give some home remedies to your baby like it very little amount of turmeric in babies milk and also give 1 teaspoon of honey once in a day. You can also use nasal clear drops to clean your baby’s nose. And always try to keep your baby in normal room
