#AskTheExpert my baby is 3.5 months old & at times I don't have sufficient milk & so using formula milk. my concern is whn she needs my milk & if I don't hve she keeps crying breathless.. so how to overcome such situation?

As soon as the baby wakes up from the sleep you need to 1st breastfeed and give top feed. If your breast milk is 30 ML then you need to feed 60 ML. Baby in third month will take around 90 or 110 ML of milk once in every two hours. So follow the same pattern once in every two hours. And burp your baby well after every feed. Take a little coconut oil and massage on baby stomach clockwise and anticlockwise repeat this every day. And to Cyclic leg exercise. Do tummy time and give a gap of few seconds and then feed your baby this will help in reducing gas problem. Baby will cry because of the colic pain also.Write Your Answer Here
