#AskTheExpert My baby is 27 days old his umbilical cord got off naturally but his belly is still a little wet is it a some kind of infection or can i apply povidone iodine powder.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi no please don't self medicate your child. it can be harmful. dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes. keep that area clean and dry,just use Luke warm water for it. visit your pediatrician for once
