Q.
#asktheexpert my baby is 23days old. she is not sleeping throughout the day. She continuously needs feeding. and crying. what's the reason.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy11 months agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It can be due to colic issues in the baby. Please massage baby stomach with BabyHug coconut oil clockwise and anti-clockwise. You can also apply hing water on baby stomach. Also do some cycling leg exercises of the baby to relieve from constipation and gas. Please make the baby burp after every feed. Mother should chew saunf and ajwain after every meal.
Please take Shatavari powder with milk twice a day to increase breast milk supply. Also feed the baby often which also helps in increasing breast milk supply. Masaage your breasts gently before feeding the baby. You can also use breast pump to take out milk which also helps in production of breast milk.
