Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper disfcipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at leastf one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

it might happen because of discomfort that your child might feel at sleep time or it might happen because of stomach upset.
so it is best to give Massage before sleep time
make sure your child take dinner well
but don't force feed or overfeed your child.
keep your child well hydrated
