#AskTheExpert my baby is 20 days old and he had stool with some blood today. what can I do

A. such a small baby should not have blood in stool ok. please do not ignore. you can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well

Q. #AskTheExpert hello doctor, my son shivay has some infection so he has some blood in his stool. from 24-27 may he was admitted in hospital so he became fine and blood stopped but after 20 days he again has blood in stool. now we are again giving him medicine, blood in stool is less now but he is not fully cured. I want to know is it normal for children to some time face this problem of blood in stool or is it something serious. thank you.
