#asktheexpert My baby is 2 years old. Because of the changes in place, he caught the cold while running nose. It's difficult for him to sleep at night. please suggest what to do, any home remedies or nasal drop?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. hi..useuse nadal saline drops, apply warm mustard oil massage on chest, back n bottom of feet.. give lots of fluids . avoid cold winds n cold climate. all the best
