#AskTheExpert my baby is 2 weeks old nd she takes 2 hrs to complete feed and keeps latching though her stomach seems full. what to do to put her to sleep once she is full without letting her latch to sleep.

A. Most newborns have a strong desire to suck at times in addition to feeding. They particularly enjoy sucking when tired. Newborns have an active sucking reflex, which means they are likely to feed, awake or during light sleep, whenever a feed is offered.
