ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello you can gently clean the tongue 2 to 3 times in a day. either use a clean cloth cotton to do so. or you can clean and wash your hands and do it with your hands.

you can clean twice in a day your baby tongue..
clean it with very soft and gentle clean cotton cloth wrap it on your finger and slightly clean your baby tongue with it or you can also use silicone finger baby brush
