ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. no not required Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it feed for 10 to 15 min from each side

As the baby is very small the chances of worms in the stomach are less..
