#AskTheExpert my baby is 2 months old and my breastmilk not sufficient for her ,plz suggests some tips to increase my breastmilk, I try all the home remedies but result not come out

A. Start taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals and make more skin to skin contact with the baby and massage your breast towards hippie and drink plenty of liquids

A. Hello using a breast pump also increase milk supply you can try that and also drink alots of fluids reduce sugar in diet as well

A. Then Supplements maybe they are going to help you because lactation supplements can help to quite an extent to increase your breast feeding see you can definitely try having lactation supplements if you already tried all the home remedies you can go for fenugreek capsules as well
