A. Hello, If urine count is good, weight is gaining, active, baby is not fussy, than at night it's okay not to feed during long stretch sleep. Initially it is said to have Breast feeding two hourly fir establishing mother's milk and learn to take feed by baby..

A. Between the age of 2 to 3 months old, healthy babies are often able to sleep for six hours without feeding. Research suggests that about half of babies are able to sleep at least six hours without a nighttime feed by 3 months of age.
