Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby is 2 month old. she has normal wight gain and breast feed well. she is having frequent spotty stool along with 3-5 times bulky stool. what is causing frequent spotty stool? it is happening since 1 month 7 days. stool is of yellowish color with curdy frequency. no mucus or blood. sometimes due to frequent stool her perianal region becomes reddish.

A. In most cases, white curds in your baby's poop are just undigested bits of milk fat. This is pretty typical for babies who drink breast milk, but can it happen with formula-fed babies, too. It's not a cause for concern and you don't have to do anything differently.
