Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby is 2 month old.. I give him nestle Nan powder... but I am very worried about it I started the powder because even if I feed him he use to cry.. I have milk but I feel it's not sufficient for him.. because after every feed he cries and I dnt want to give him powder milk pls suggest how can I know whether I have sufficient milk and what's he problem

A. Hello mom if your flow is good enough please prefer to feed your milk only .. but make sure that the baby is burped well after every feed . And if the baby is been gaining weight well enough then it is the best indicator that the baby is getting enough feed . Also take easy to digest foods and avoid gas forming foods
