So have garlic milk every alternate day and normal milk before going to sleep.
Other foods milk,diary products,rusk,bread toast,papaya,chikoo,garlic,mutton kheema helps in good milk production.
Give frequent feed in nights too every two hours ,once tummy fills baby gets good sleep ,diaper wetness is other reason which makes baby fussy ,awake at night so keep changing once it gets wet ,proper swaddling ,using soft blanket,caps,socks gives warmthness ,good evening massage also induce sleep.
