#asktheexpert my baby is 1yr Months old how to introduce packet milk mam In that milk can i use sugar or jaggery which is good for bby how much sugar amount is sufficient can you give the accurate amount that packet milk feeding time? mam

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Namaste father You can give the child milk you can add jaggery , as well or honey, dates etc they are better alternative to refined sugar . intiially give in small quantity
