Chitradevi PMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hi, baby should drink mother's milk exclusively till your baby reaches six months. After six months only need to offer some solid foods. For mother if get normal delivery you can offer anything except junk foods.. If c section foods remains the same except junk foods.. Don't take much coconut, mango and heat giving meals.
