#asktheexpert my baby is 18 months old and still weighs 9.2 kgs.. he is active n playful. i try to include variety of foods in his diet. please suggest what should i give him to increase his weight.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom could possibly be that his metabolism could be such that inspite of eating well he is not able to gain much weight but the best thing is that he is active and playful . So it’s fine .
Also kindly notice if he was able to triple his birth weight by the one year and then on they gain about 2 to 4 kgs
