#AskTheExpert my baby is 18 months old and i want to know some diet plan for my baby and she is alo drink cow milk which is pure cow milk. howi manage her diet everyday? veg diet

A. Dear mum, for 18 months old baby, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Give variety of grains, cereal and pulses. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time.
