Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at leastd one hour f before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.
Sowmya MMom of 4 children3 years agoA. hello actually make sure you don't make your baby sleep very late evening just a set a routine and also in the evening just take your baby outside and then vol baby little bit of physical activities and make sure you give the baby proper feed like the tummy should be full as well as give some fruit and milk
