#asktheexpert my baby is 15days old. having a yellow discharge from.one eye. doctor has advised moxifloxacin drop. but after putting that I can see an increase in discharge. please suggest.

do as advised.
give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and always wash your hands before touching your baby . .

For chemical conjunctivitis, the symptoms usually only last for 1-3 days after birth, so no treatment is needed.
