#asktheexpert My baby is 14 months old. Lately he has lost interest in eating and has become a picky eater. Also, his temper tantrums have increased. Is this normal for his age, if so any tips on how to handle the same? Thanks

yes babies at this age do that at times
dont worry
let the baby be little hungry and give food
dont give him options and dont show reaction when he shows tamtrums

Swagata jenaMom of a 2 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. Picky eating is a phase . M going through the same situation. Also summer is no good to their appetite. Don’t give them snacks before mealtime. Let them feel hungry and then offer food. And tantrums are a developmental part of toddlerhood. They can’t regulate their emotions . Give them a hug, distract them , play hide n seek or smth. Whatever works..
