#asktheexpert my baby is 14 months old, he cant hold his sleep for more than 5 hours irrespective of night and day, even a little noise wakes him up..plz suggest me something so he can sleep peacefully for longer period, as per his age he requires atleast 14 hours of night time sleep, in sleep also he gets very restless, he moves his body multiple times..

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl5 months agoA. If the child is sleeping for five hours waking up to take a feed and going to sleep then that’s completely alright I’ll be along with that also I’m going to tell you to use earplugs or cotton when you put your child to sleep to avoid extra noise
