#asktheexpert my baby is 11 months old. he was admitted twice in hospital. I am worried about him. which food can I give him to increase immunity. he is on formula and solid food.

Turmeric Milk you can give on a regular basis a minimum of twice a day and dry fruits like almonds and walnuts are the best to go for during this thing so give that apart from that only give home-cooked food to the child do not give anything else apart from that not anything like you don’t know outside food at all
