Curd, paneer, cheese.
Eggs and non veg foods
Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
Add ghee to baby’s food.
Continue to breastfeed.

she cannbe given two small bowls each time which can comprise of any two items from the group of food given below
1 probiotics (seasonal)
2. soups
3 meshes of cooked vegetables and fruits
4 khichdi upma sheera porridge daliya
