#asktheexpert my baby is 10 months old. Initially her height was above average but form last 2-3 months it is come to under average what could be the reason ? Is diet the problem ?

A. Whole grains, dals, and pulses are a good source of protein, iron and vitamin B. All of these nutrients promotes the development of a child and boosts his/her metabolism. If you want to increase your child's height, then include dals, and pulses in a daily diet.
