#asktheexpert my baby is 10 months old. but still no tooth has grown. is that because of any vitamin or calcium deficiency?

A. Hi babies usually start getting their first milk teeth from 4-6 months and sometimes it's late upto the age of 15-18 months. so wait for some more time and don't worry teeth may erupt anytime soon.
