#AskTheExpert my baby is 10 month old she is not sitting independently..but able to stand with support good head control and emotional development is also good..from last one month she is looking weak and less active not want to sit or stand ...her pth level is 7.8 calcium level is 16.4 phosphorous level is 5.1 and 25 hydroxy vitamin d level is 30.41 what may be the reason behind it

A. By 18 months, your pediatrician should make sure that your toddler can sit, stand, and walk independently. Talk to your pediatrician or consider a referral to early childhood intervention (ECI) or a developmental specialist if you have concerns that your baby isn't standing on time or is a late walker.
