normally simple secretions / allergy redness should not occur again and again.
use hygienic cloth as well as your hands should be clean when coming in contact with the child eyes
if the child's eyes is sticky with pus discharge or regular discharge coming out you have to meet the doctor.
do not use any drops witout medical consultation

Try to clean it with cold water regularly that should help still if you feel that the problem is persist even after that that I suggest you to get a check with your paediatrician as the doctor has to examine the situation personally and can suggest you accordinglyWrite Your Answer Here
