#AskTheExpert My baby is 1 year and 3 months old. She wont sleep during night hours and also wants to breast feed almost whole night while sleeping. Is there a solution to this?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. this pattern is very common and you will have to make the child sleep with some other grown up in the family so that the child doesn't ask for breastfeeding at night time and by this only will be able to decrease the habit

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. for comfort purpose baby will use breast for comfort and safety. Even when they are not hungry. They just wanna suck for comfort nothing else. They feel secure doing it so especially more at night times. Until you stop feeding this would continue justvfor comfort purpose.
