Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby is 1 year 5 months old and is very lean. i give her dal, dryfruits, rice, fruits, sweet potato but she is lean. what can I do to increase her weight. morning 7 or 9am give her milk around 11.30 breakfast around 2.00 lunch. around 6.30 snack. around 9.00 dinner and later at 11.00 milk

A. The diet which you are giving is good just add nuts in diet and give one banana per day sweet potatoes pumpkin boiled potatoes eggs can ge given and add desi ghee in meals

A. good evening the body structure of the child is not that important it is great that your child is billing to eat all of these items that is more important I will just recommend you to focus on giving a healthy diet
