#AskTheExpert my baby is 1.7 years old till now I didn’t started outside milk packet I want to start what kind of milk powder I can give her in milk to stay healthy

I will not recommend those powders as they contain only sugar and additives.
please prefer homemade or natural flavors like dates milk ,kesar milk, fig milkshake ,milk with honey etc.
it is safe and hygienic.
