A. For a 6-month-old baby with severe constipation, first try natural remedies before giving any medicine. Offer small amounts of warm water, pureed prunes, pears, or papaya, and include fiber-rich foods like mashed carrots or oats if the baby has started solids. Tummy massages, gentle bicycle leg movements, and a warm bath can also help. If constipation persists or the baby seems in pain, consult a pediatrician before giving any medication like lactulose syrup or stool softeners, as dosage depends on the baby's weight and condition. Avoid self-medication and monitor signs like blood in stool or excessive straining, which need medical attention.

A. Mout laxative you can give as of now but in this age constipation is completely normal you should focus more on giving water and fibre to the child which is what is going to be very important and healthy for the child for better digestion
