A. Sporolac Should be given with warm water and if your child has Idea ever don’t give mail because it increases that and yes if your child is having fever you can give medicine for the fever as well but I would like to tell you if it increases or if you feel the diarrhoea is there or vomiting is there along with fever then consult your doctor sometimes the small small things can be signed for a stomach infection
