POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy6 months agoA. A cough that worsens or only appears during deep sleep in a 2-year-5-month-old baby could be due to post-nasal drip, mild allergies, or reflux. During sleep, mucus from the nose or throat can collect and trigger coughing. You can try the following: Elevate the head slightly by placing a towel under the mattress (not directly under the child’s head). Use a cool-mist humidifier to keep the air moist and reduce throat irritation. Keep the room dust-free and avoid strong smells or allergens. Offer warm fluids like lukewarm water or ajwain water before bedtime to soothe the throat. If the cough persists for more than a week, is accompanied by fever, noisy breathing, or vomiting, it’s best to consult a pediatrician. Would you like a home remedy suggestion too?

Sunita MahatoMom of 3 children6 months agoA. cough increases at bed time gv a spoon of honey or a glass of turmeric milk before bed.. boil some tulsi leaves with crushed ginger add honey and gv 2 to 3 sp thrice a day.. use Babyhug rapid relief baby rub...
