Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. it may be gas. Colic and gas is very common in babies till infancy moslty . Proper burping and positioning during feeding is important to reduce this . Gastica drop can be given up to 3 times for gas and meftal spas for pain . can be taken .

Hi mommy Burp well after every feeding By holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping Maintain hydration Give adequate feeding Wash hands often before touching your baby Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
