for healthy weight gain, offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child.
give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child.
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet.
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene.
but as your child doesn't like to drink milk,
offer it with different flavors like kesar milk, fig milkshake, dates milk,milk with honey etc.
set good example by drinking milk with your child.
buy a special cup or glass for this.
