#AskTheExpert My baby has fever since yesterday....he is 5 months old I gave him Solvin cold drops 0.6ml last night and today morning. but the temperature has become 99. please advice a medicine

A. yes it is fine for now. Blockage of nose is due to the common cold and flu due to season variation . Steam along with other home remedy like maintaining baby temperature will help . Nasal drop like nasovion for block . Other medications like paracetamol for fever can be given if any fever .

A. hi no need of Medicine 99 is normal. please offer plenty of breastfeeds. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes give sunbath for 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner and sanitizer.
